Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at meersa.store@gmail.com. Kindly share images of the product along with the issue you have faced. Once we receive the information, you may visit any courier company office and send the product back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will approve the return. If the product is in good condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exclusions
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
